One day I get a phone call from Mitchell Schwartz, and ever since I got that phone call, things went in the right direction. He just seemed like a very trustworthy person and he seemed like he was going to get the job done. I just had a good feeling about the MBS Team.

So we decided to sign up Mitchell Schwartz. And once we did, about two weeks later we got an offer on our property. He fought with the bank and was able to get things approved.

And on top of it, we also got $5,000 dollars to help us in relocation expenses and other fees. And ever since we got that money, we decided that we are going to go with being able to adopt another child with the $5,000. So Thanks to Mitchell Schwartz and the MBS Team. We really appreciate it.
